A well-trained, prepared, and qualified specialist is a significant factor in maintaining a car.
For another year, the top five Honda mechanics in Bulgaria received their official certificates on Friday, May 19, through Honda’s training and certification program applicable to the whole of Europe. According to this program, each authorized dealer is required to have at least one specialist in their service center who has obtained the corresponding certification. In our commercial-service complexes in Plovdiv and Sofia, we even exceed the norm of the high-tech Japanese brand and have two such specialists per dealership.
Blagoslav Blagoev, Antonio Dinov, Matey Simeonov, Ivaylo Parvanov, and Ivaylo Getsov underwent special training, passed exams, and all performed excellently. To become part of the program, they first went through tests and then independently completed online modules in Honda’s European educational system. “After solving the theoretical tasks at the end of each module in the program, the final step is the practical solving of seven complex tasks in real conditions. Each of the young people flawlessly identified the malfunctions in the test cars and easily answered all the questions posed,” commented Engineer Petar Spasov, leading the training and director of aftersales service at Bultraco Ltd., the official representative of Honda in Bulgaria. “A well-trained, prepared, and qualified specialist is an important factor for maintaining a car. All our mechanics regularly undergo Honda’s certification programs, as well as additional training when new models are released,” he added.
At Bultraco Motors’ authorized service centers, customers receive service that meets Honda’s high standards. The presence of original diagnostic equipment, capable of performing even the most complex procedures, including software updates for control units, ensures a long lifespan for serviced vehicles.
Regularly servicing a car at an authorized service center and having a service history for it guarantees a higher resale value.
