Today, we had the honor of welcoming Slav Petkov, Chairman of FAFA Bulgaria (Federation for Adapted Physical Activity), and his team, who presented Astreco Holding EAD with an honorary plaque in recognition of our support for the World Championship for Athletes with Down Syndrome.
Sofia hosted this inspiring event from June 13 to June 19, bringing together athletes from around the world. The championship was held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mrs. Iliyana Yotova.
As a reminder, Astreco Rent provided four Honda vehicles to support the event, including the Honda HR-V, Honda ZR-V, and Honda Jazz.
We are proud to have been part of this remarkable initiative by providing transportation through Astreco Rent, a company within the Astreco Holding Group. We believe that success has true value when it is shared and when it contributes to causes that make the world a better place.
Doing good is a beautiful thing.
“Before the event itself, I had not realized how essential these vehicles would be and how much they would help us transport delegates quickly and safely from one location to another. We organized everything with the support of companies like yours and a dedicated team of volunteers. I was particularly impressed by the students from the National High School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, who proved to be exceptionally responsible young people. They contributed as translators and assisted in many other ways. We are also planning for Sofia to host a future European Championship,” said Slav Petkov during our meeting.
